Contract: Arenac County 9-1-1 Dispatchers

New two-year agreement expires Dec. 31, 2019.
Lump sum $300 payment effective Dec. 1, 2018.
Wage reopener effective Jan. 1, 2019.
Fringe Benefits: Training Officers will receive one additional hour of straight time pay for every shift spent training a new Dispatcher. Shift premiums for afternoons and midnights increase by 20 cents per hour. Add “Immediate Family Member” to the language which qualifies Funeral Leave to be granted.
Inclement Weather Clause: If County offices are closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Dispatchers will be paid 2-1/2 times their regular pay.
Retirement: Employee contribution to DB increases by 1% at the end of the contract, effective Dec. 31, 2019.
